Abstract (English): In order to solve the problems brought by the traditional charging station for electric vehicles, such as distribution network harmonic pollution and the influence on insulation life cycle of distribution transformer when charging, this paper proposes the topology structure of the new multi-function Electric Vehicles Charging Station( EVCS) with functions of power quality improvement, put forwards the algorithm of EVCS reference current,also including the control strategy based on two- phase synchronous rotary coordinates. A 50 k W experimental simulation system is established as well to prove that the multi-functional EVCS with EV charging and AC distribution network power quality management can not only meet the needs of EV charging, but also make the DG access to power grids conveniently and ensure the efficient operation of the AC distribution network. Abstract (Chinese): 为解决传统充电站在给电动汽车充电时所造成的配电网谐波污染及影响配电变压器绝缘寿命的问题,提出具有配电网电能质量综合治理的多功能电动汽车充电站(Electric Vehicle Charging Station,EVCS)的拓扑结构,给出了EVCS的并网电流参考值算法和基于两相旋转坐标系下的控制方法。通过搭建50 kW的仿真实验系统验证了具有配电网电能质量治理的多功能EVCS 不仅能满足电动汽车的充电需求,而且便于分布电源(Distributed Generation,DG)的灵活接入,并确保交流配电网高效运行。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
