Abstract (English): Multiple voltage level of Distribution network led to complex evaluation model, assessment one voltage power supply capacity can not fully and accurately evaluate the overall power distribution network capacity and coordination. This paper established a comprehensive evaluation model about power supply capacity and coordination for multi - voltage distribution network. Fishbone diagram analysis was used to identify the main factors of supply capacity,AHP was used to establish evaluation system and Delphi to fix index weights. The paper added some new index into the evaluation system, such as distributed power capacity rate, substation capacity coordination,transmission capacity coordination,load balance coordination. The research on evaluation system is verified to be effective and reasonable by a network planning example. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 配电网电压等级的多样化导致配网评估模型的复杂化,若只对一个电压等级进行网络供电能力的评估,不能全面、准 确评价配电网整体供电能力和各电压等级网络供电的协调性。对此,笔者建立了适用于多电压等级配电网的供电能力和协调性综合评价模型,采用鱼骨图分析法找出影响供电能力的主要因素,用层次分析法建立评价体系结构,并用德尔菲 (Delphi) 法进行指标赋权。同时,在评价模型中加人了分布式电源容量比、高中压配电网变电、输配容量协调性和负荷均衡度等新指标,以辅助该方法有效评价配电网供电能力。最后通过实际地区电网的算例分析,证明了该评价体系的实用性。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
