Abstract (English): Aiming at the problem of large measurement error and slow speed of artificial measurement of vamp size, a measurement based on image processing is presented. Firstly, the vamp image is preprocessed to remove the noise interference. Secondly, using edge detection to extract the vamp contour. Finally, using the minimum bounding rectangle algorithm to measure vamp size, the length and width of the rectangle are the length and width of the vamp. The measurement results of minimum bounding rectangle algorithm are compared with manual test. The experimental results demonstrate that the relative error between the minimum bounding rectangle method and the artificial measurement is less than 0.67%, which meets the actual needs of industrial production. Abstract (Chinese): 针对人工测量鞋面尺寸误差大,速度慢的问题,提出一种基于图像处理的鞋面尺寸测量方法.首先对鞋面图像进行预处理去除噪声干扰,然后边缘检测提取鞋面轮廓,再采用最小外接矩形(minimum bounding rectangle,MBR)算法测量鞋面尺寸,该矩形的长宽即为鞋面的长宽.通过算法测量结果和人工测量结果对比发现,MBR方法和人工测量结果的相对误差在0.67%以内,能满足工业生产中的实际需求. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
